Designed to reflect the surrounding sky and trees, the high-performance glass ensures exceptional energy efficiency by reducing excess heat, light, and sound while maintaining a stunning visual appeal.

AIS Glasxperts’ contributions extend far beyond the façade. The villa features custom-crafted wooden doors and windows made from Accoya wood, imported from the Netherlands. Recognized for its unmatched durability and eco-friendly properties, Accoya wood comes with a remarkable 50-year warranty, making it both sustainable and enduring. Paired with solar control glasses, these windows deliver optimal light and heat regulation, ensuring comfort without compromising energy efficiency.

The villa’s design is further elevated with bespoke shower cubicles and skylights, also provided by AIS Glasxperts. The skylights flood the interiors with natural light, enhancing the villa’s open, airy atmosphere, while the frameless shower cubicles add a touch of refined luxury to the bathrooms.
