A collaboration between renowned architect Sameep Padora and fashion icon Tarun Tahiliani, this villa redefines modern living by seamlessly merging nature with cutting-edge architecture.

The Project: A Vision of Glass and Nature

The centerpiece of The Glass Villa is its expansive glass façade, crafted using AIS Glasxperts’ advanced glass technology. Designed to mirror the surrounding sky and trees, this high-performance glass not only enhances the villa’s visual appeal but also ensures exceptional energy efficiency by reducing heat, light, and sound infiltration. It’s a perfect blend of beauty and functionality.

The Approach: Precision Meets Sustainability

We delivered custom-crafted wooden doors and windows made from Accoya wood, imported from the Netherlands. Known for its durability and eco-friendly properties, Accoya wood comes with a 50-year warranty, making it a sustainable and long-lasting choice. Paired with solar control glass, these windows optimize light and heat regulation, ensuring comfort without compromising energy efficiency.

The Execution: Exquisite Attention to Detail

We installed bespoke shower cubicles and skylights, both designed to enhance the villa’s luxurious yet functional appeal. The skylights flood the interiors with natural light, creating an open, airy atmosphere, while the frameless shower cubicles add a touch of modern elegance to the bathrooms. Every element was meticulously crafted to strike the perfect balance between form and function.
